You can set up the controller to work through a USB or wirelessly.
#PROGRAM TO USE PS3 CONTROLLER ON WINDOWS 10 DRIVERS#
I follow the guide but at the end of the drivers installation the pc still recognise the controller as PS3 controller and not as an XBOX 360 controller as it should be. Anyway, their official website closed so I found the next best link for it ( ). If you want to use a PS3 controller on your Windows laptop, it can be done. Today I tried to use PS3 controller on my new Windows 10 with SCPToolKit. Even tried BetterDS3, But it seems DsHidMini is MILES AHEAD in terms of features and what I am looking for, etc. Link to BthPS3 (圆4 zip file) Github Page: On the official github page ( ), it is nice to see that they 'Supports RetroArch emulation platform' and I would love to use BT, but I'm just scared of the viruses flagged on VirusTotal :S. Read their FAQs for any mention of this, but none whatsoever. So, I tried to ask Nefarius for support via their Discord server link, but looks like it is defunct now. This is also true with the file found on BthPS3 github page (Also made by Nefarius). However, I scanned these files that he uploaded and lo-and-behold, VirusTotal says they have. He created SCPtoolkit which is outdated now (and rumours are it is full of viruses). One program that I have really good faith with is, DsHidMini by Nefarius. I need some program that will work with BthPS3 or an alternative, so that I can play bluetooth w/ a PS3 Controller on a PC with RetroArch on it.
